Question / Issue
Why can’t I log in using the license ID and password I was issued?

Answer / Solution

Please make sure to use the right license id and password as each product requires its own license id and password. Please make sure your computer clock is in sync with the Internet clock:.
1. Click on the clock in the system tray
2. Click on the Internet Time tab
3. Check “Automatically.." and click Update
4. Try logging in again
